About Me

Hi my name is Cebrina and I am located in the Ventura County area. I am currently attending National Holistic Institute and I am finishing up the core program to be a Professional Massage Therapist and Health Educator. My education will continue on to be a Neuromuscular Therapist. I started this school in October of 2018 and I will graduate in May of 2020. I currently have a year of massage experience (over 530 hrs). I have studied both Eastern and Western modalities. Eastern massage involves healing based off energy flow in the body and  Western massage involves healing various parts of the body. Massage has many benefits for your over all well-being. It helps promote relaxation, reduces muscle tension, strengthens the immune system, improves sleep, boosts energy levels, reduces stress, reduces anxiety, increases blood circulation, speeds up muscle recovery, increases range of motion and helps reduce the appearance of cellulite. I have so much love and compassion for my career and I genuinely care about improving my clients health. My goal is to help each client with there problem areas within the body and make a plan to improve there day to day life. Not only will my clients receive the benefits of massage but they will also be educated in how I am helping them and how to maintain there over all well-being.  I specialize in a Swedish/Deep Tissue combo and I do a variety of modalities which you can take a look at in my ‘Services & Rates’. I am constantly trying to advance my knowledge, so more modalities will be coming soon.
